The Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana (MKKY) is the Madhya Pradesh government’s state-level top-up to PM-KISAN. Launched in September 2020, it was initially ₹4,000/year and was raised to ₹6,000/year in 2023-24. Combined with PM-KISAN, every eligible MP farmer family receives ₹12,000/year (₹6,000 central + ₹6,000 state) in three installments.

लाभ संरचना — Benefit Structure

• Annual amount: ₹6,000 from MP state (paid in 2 installments of ₹3,000 each)
• Plus PM-KISAN ₹6,000 (in 3 installments of ₹2,000)
• Total annual farmer support: ₹12,000 per family
• Mode: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to Aadhaar-linked bank account
• Cumulative since 2020 launch: approximately ₹20,000 crore disbursed to MP farmers

पात्रता — Who Qualifies

Key principle

Auto-enrolment via PM-KISAN — if you’re a PM-KISAN beneficiary with a valid MP address, you automatically qualify for MKKY. No separate application needed in most cases.

Specific conditions

• MP resident (domicile)
• PM-KISAN beneficiary (active status)
• Owner-cultivator (land records in your name)
• Not excluded by PM-KISAN rules (income-tax payer, government employee, etc.)

Auto-exclusion

• If you’re not on the PM-KISAN list, you don’t qualify for MKKY
• If your PM-KISAN is suspended due to exclusion, MKKY is also suspended
• Land records must be in MP (PM-KISAN portal links this)

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ — Documents (Minimal)

Since auto-enrolment is the default, you usually don’t need separate document submission:

• Aadhaar card (already in PM-KISAN)
• Bank passbook (Aadhaar-NPCI seeded)
• MP domicile (confirmed via PM-KISAN address record)
• Samagra ID (MP’s unique family identifier — ideally linked to PM-KISAN record)

For fixing issues: – MP land records (खसरा / खतौनी) — if state-level verification fails

Normal path: No action needed

Your MKKY is auto-enrolled based on PM-KISAN. State cycles pull the PM-KISAN list for MP, verify land records via MP revenue department, and credit installments.

If you’re getting PM-KISAN but not MKKY

Common issues: 1. Your PM-KISAN record shows non-MP state → update address in PM-KISAN first 2. Samagra ID not linked → visit Gram Panchayat Secretary with Aadhaar + PM-KISAN details 3. MP land records mismatch → patwari needs to correct 4. NPCI-bank seeding broken → visit bank → request NPCI seeding

Fixing via SAARA portal

1. Open https://saara.mp.gov.in
2. Login with Aadhaar OTP
3. Check your PM-KISAN + MKKY status
4. Raise “Correction Request” if data mismatch
5. Upload supporting documents (land records, Aadhaar)
